I believe so deeply in the power of these ancient practices to feel good from the inside out and look after yourself - physically, energetically, spiritually and mentally.

I love to teach and bring relaxation to the world - we really need it.

I have dedicated my life to sharing these practices and helping others feel good from within. Whatever your reason for being drawn to my classes - fitness, to stretch, to de-stress, or tough situations - I hope I can share my love for yoga, meditation and holistic practices with you.

My Personal Journey

I first started yoga 10 years ago when I joined a Bikram Yoga class. At the time I was unhappy in my own body struggling with an eating disorder and ‘inner demons’. Although everything on the outside looked perfect, my inner world was chaos.

The yoga room became my safe haven, a place to switch off, connect back with my body, clear my mind, a place of community, laughter, friendship, connection and a place I just felt like me without all of the worries I was carrying. I didn’t realise at the time, with each class, day by day, month after month, transformation and healing was taking place. I never wanted to feel so low again, so I did everything in my power to feel good.

My whole physical, energetic and mental body were being reprogrammed. It gave me my life back - in fact I rebuilt it myself!

I felt a calling to learn as much as I could, leave my corporate job and live a life I truly loved. And that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.

My practices have been the most important tool to navigate my way through life. After later facing my own health struggles, I started to dive deeper and study of meditation, neuroplasticity and the power of the mind.
